The land has good natural shelter with trees, hedges and a large field shelter with overhang and rubber flooring
Full livery – arrangement of farrier, vet, change rugs, foot care (oil in summer anti bac in winter) fly spray, suncream etc. Worming included, we test first and egg count
All paddock management, mains water in auto trough and fresh river water both available as well as lots of hawthorn to nibble on!
Off road parking, all gates securely locked and tie rails with hose on hard standing for washing down and grooming etc
