Full / Assisted & DIY Field Livery options available. *Good team worker essential.* Geldings preferred or a mare with an owner who doesn’t mind some gelding play. Field management = combination of grass track, hay and Equicentral small paddock rotational grazing. We have large hard standing area with field shelters. Monitored hay during the spring and summer – adlib hay in round bales and ring feeders in the winter. 2 x shelters with one that can be altered as an emergency stable. Hay barn. Rug barn. If DIY field livery you must be prepared to do some a.m. and p.m. weekday shifts as well as weekends. Shifts negotiable and flexible. Holiday cover provided at cost. *Assisted DIY Field Livery option available. * Grass, fenced arena. * Great hacking onto Epsom Downs. * Indoor and outdoor school use possible in neighbouring yard for a monthly fee. * Car park / trailer park / lorry park available. * Very large area of hard standing so minimal mud. * Would NOT suit a laminitic* * NO facilities for Shetlands or minis.
