This is a lovely yard based on the edge of the picturesque village of Stillington, a few miles from Easingwold.
A professional yet, happy yard with the loveliest of liveries. They offer livery packages to suit all levels of horses, owners and most disciplines and do their best to cater for the horse and owners individual needs.

Our rural location means our horses can enjoy the benefits of beautiful, quiet hacking and year round turnout. At the same time we are central to many major competition centres in the area who run regular BD, BE and BSJA events.
The yard itself is a fantastic base for training and educating horses.

I highly recommend this really lovely livery yard with facilities to suit everyone and super hacking too. Nicky and Jordon are so calm and welcoming, our horses settled immediately. Everyone is very friendly. The horses receive care at all times. Nicky has such skill and experience and is always happy to help or advise. My horse is very happy here and I have no worries leaving him in Nicky and Jordan’s care. Happy place, happy horse, happy owners.

Fantastic livery yard, very quiet and peaceful location. Nikki can’t do enough for you, I have had a very challenging year with my horse being injured and Nikki has gone above and beyond to help us before, during and after my horses operation and she had been instrumental in my horses rehab programme. Nikki provides a very professional service and takes great care of all of the horses on the yard and is always on hand to help. Good facilities, ménage has a very good surface, stables are a good size and well maintained. Other liveries on the yard are all very friendly. I would highly recommend Nikki and Sports Horse Select for livery, schooling and sales livery.

We moved to Nicky and Jordan’s last year and couldn’t be happier. I never have to worry about my horse. I know he is taken care of as well as I would myself. Its not unusual to find Nicky changing his rug as the weather changes 3 times in a day, she never stops! The beds and hay are plentiful and so much care is taken over the needs of each horse to help them look and be their best! Another positive is the mix of people, from happy hackers (the hacking is great), to competitors and all are welcome. All the horses are happy and I’ve found all the owners to be happy and relaxed as well, I think because Nicky and Jordan are so relaxed, whilst being completely professional. This yard is my happy place and I would heartily recommend it!

Fantastic Yard, Good Facilities, Friendly family atmosphere: Excellent place for all – from competing riders to happy hackers. Excellent local hacking and easy access (with transport) to beauty spots such as Yearsely Woods. Nicky organises lessons and events with riding professionals for the yard and cares for the needs of all our mounts. Very happy to be a member of Nicky's Yard.

Amazing yard – Nicky and Jordan look after the horses so such an incredibly high standard, it’s lovely to be able to relax whilst away knowing my horse is in the best hands. Nicky has also been incredibly helpful schooling my young ex racehorse while I’m away with work – she’s so patient and calm he came on a huge amount.

My horse has had the best care at this yard. Professional, but very relaxed atmosphere at a yard in a lovely rural setting. Good arena and very good hacking plus a jumping paddock means lots of variety. Very happy here.
