Priory Farm Equestrian is a small but luxurious livery yard, equine educational centre and venue.

Full/ schooling & holiday livery available. Priory Farm Equestrian has fantastic facilities to offer. There is a well maintained stable yard with large luxury stables fitted with auto waterers and rubber matting. We also have a hot wash, solarium and grooming bays. Turnout is in secure, private paddocks with equi safe fencing and auto waterers.

There are also plenty of options to ride or exercise your horse, we have a 23m wax surface round pen, 25 x 60 Geotec all-weather outdoor arena, 20 x 540 indoor wax surfaced arena with mirrors, FEI showjumps and XC schooling fences. The surrounding area is blessed with hours of trail riding with optional roadwork, BHS bridle paths and local horse-friendly pubs!

Training is available on site for liveries and non-liveries, and we bring in the finest instructors from all over the world to support and guide both horse and owner. Workshops, clinics, competitions, showjumping, dressage, cross country are all part of the fun here with discounts available for residents.

We have an incredible team of horses in all shapes and sizes to assist in Epona Quest techniques and if you fancy a treat why not book a break with us.

Priory Farm Equestrian is a uniquely special place to be. The farm its self is over 100 years old. The lake homes many wildfowl and the surrounding area is blessed with an abundance of wildlife and is not short of a tranquil hideaway. Truly a treat!
