Livery Stables are run by on-site managers Amanda and James, who are animal lovers passionate about providing excellent livery services for horse and pony owners in Surrey and Kent. Amanda has over 40 years’ worth of experience, she is always on hand to help and provide advice.

With modern stables freshly installed in an airy American barn, 60 acres of paddocks, solarium heat lamps, shower, secure tack room, horse box parking, yard washing machine and heated on-site toilets.
Riding facilities include a newly refurbished LED floodlit indoor arena with cushioned surface and training mirrors for schooling your horse, as well as a newly built outdoor arena measuring 65 x 45m which is nestled into the foot of the North Downs offering exceptional views and even better exercise for your horse. Full set of Jump 4 Joy jumps, dressage boards and letters, for beginner to advanced riders. There is a nice field suitable for show jumping close to the stables, as well as a mixed ability cross country schooling course.
Park Farm is at the end of a quiet road with the beautiful North Downs bridleways just 200 metres away. The hills provide an excellent workout for your horse and give you amazing views of the surrounding countryside. There are plenty of hacking areas for galloping and many of the rides are through woodland allowing your horse to enjoy the shade.
Park Farm is just 10 minutes from the Godstone junction 6 of the M25/A22 and 20 minutes from the Sevenoaks junction 5 of the M25/A21.
