* Limited lorry/trailer parking (charged for) so parking spot is subject to space
* Access from 6am, last man out by 9pm
* All livery billed monthly in advance due on 1st of each calendar month by standing order

* Bearsted Train Station approx 5 mins away by car if no traffic
* Detling Village close by with local community convenience store including post office open 7 days a week (half day opening Wednesday)
