Capricorn Equestrian is a 5-star livery yard based on a farm in the village of Eynsford in Kent with easy access from the M25 and M20 via the Swanley junction. We offer stabling on a full livery basis or grass livery and we can also offer schooling, competition, training and also rehabilitation packages tailored to your individual needs.

At Capricorn Equestrian in Eynsford we offer you a seven-day full livery package. Our aim at Capricorn Equestrian is for our animals to be happy and healthy, and the people to be friendly and conscientious. We wish everyone to be able to enjoy their horses in a quiet and safe environment whilst offering 5-star care for you and your horse.

Resident trainer, rider and judge Caroline (Carrie) Ashby is on hand to help with lessons, schooling, lunging and hacking.

Been at Capricorn farm approximately 4 years now and can't rate it enough. Absolutely beautiful setting with great arenas/hacking routes. Regular clinics, shows and competitions which brings everybody together for fun filled days…. Facilities are fantastic and cater for your every need along with highly qualified staff that enjoy working in such a pleasant environment. 5*

I really can’t speak highly enough of Capricorn Equestrian! The environment that Carrie and the staff have managed to curate is relaxed and supportive; everyone is able to enjoy their horses without the dreaded yard politics you find on some other livery yards! While the facilities are immaculate and the location is stunning, it really is the friendly faces at Capricorn that make it so special. As a first time horse owner, the knowledgeable and supportive staff have been absolutely invaluable to me, and have gone above and beyond to help me and Flossy. Can’t recommend enough!

Lovely friendly yard in a beautiful setting. Staff are kind, helpful and supportive. They manage their land to ensure year round grazing and the horses are really well cared for. A happy, welcoming place and a horsey paradise!

I cannot rate this yard highly enough. This has been my mare's home for the last 3 years and I've never seen her happier. Since being here we have both thrived and improved more than I thought possible.The fantastic staff treat every horse like they would their own and are always happy to help, and Carrie is a brilliant yard owner and Instructor.This yard has a lovely, friendly and non-judgemental environment which I have often found lacking in the larger yards. There is always someone around willing to give you a hand if needed, or just to chat.Lovely facilties that cater to everyone's needs.I highly recommend this to horse owners of all abilities as there is something here to suit everyone.

I have been a client at Capricorn Equestrian for a number of years and I have been consistently impressed by the yard and it’s team who have supported and encouraged me throughout. Their care and consideration for the welfare of the horses is paramount, which is of great importance to me as I am often away. The team have looked after my two horses for long and short periods of time and Its such a relief to know that they are professionally cared for in my absence. The fields are immaculate and the facilities incredible and on top of expert tuition from Carrie, Capricorn holds clinics, shows and completions throughout the year. I can’t recommend it highly enough. I started out loaning a horse at Capricorn and I now have two of my own, but I wouldn’t have done that without the support and encouragement of the brilliant team.
