Track system in place around paddocks which is partly surfaced with lots of hedgerows for browsing. Surfaced area for hay stations. Great for laminitic’s or EMS or providing stimulation for younger or older ponies. Stables are available if needed. Great hacking in nearby woods. 40×20 sand / rubber ménage with lights. Tack room and feed room.
