We are a small exclusive yard offering competition, schooling and sales livery.  We are located in the beautiful county of Rutland, near Oakham. With over 30 years horse management experience, our friendly team offer your horse the best of care and attention to detail. Our facilities include; indoor and outdoor arenas, lunge pen, two walkers, canter track and xc schooling fences.  We also have a Dressage arena 60mx20m set out in the summer.  24hr monitored CCTV.  Secure tack room, with full security 12 point locking system door.  Individual and paired turn-out.  Kitchen with fridge, kettle and microwave. Excellent off-road hacking nearby.  Farrier based on site.  Professional rider who is competing up to 4* level eventing and jumping 1.40m showjumping based on site.  Excellent training and competition centres within 30minutes drive.
