Our DIY livery is £217 a month, which includes a stable, individual paddock, and full use of our facilities. If you need extra support, there are freelance grooms available who offer everything from ad-hoc turnouts to full daily care—but you arrange this directly with them, so you have full flexibility. All our horses have individual paddocks with automatic water in both the field and stable. We have fantastic grazing and have 24/7 turnout from April to October. You’ll need to buy in your own hay, haylage, and shavings-based bedding, so you can choose the quantity and quality that suits you best. We have regular deliveries from feed and hay merchants, but you’re free to source from wherever you like. Our off-road hacking is what truly sets us apart—miles of scenic farm tracks, bridleways, and open fields, giving you the freedom to ride without worrying about traffic. Alongside this, we have a 20×40 outdoor arena with a new surface, two full-length mirrors, and floodlights, plus a 20×40 indoor school for year-round training. We have a mini XC course with 20 confidence-building fences, set over 6 acres. With nothing over 50cm, it’s perfect for training and building skills in a safe, enclosed space.Just off J3 of the M54, between Wolverhampton and Telford, we’re in a great spot for riders of all levels. With top venues like Kingswood, TDS, and Rodbaston nearby, plus events at Wrekin North and East Shropshire Riding Club, there’s always somewhere to train or compete.Sarah & Chris
