Purpose built yard in 2 sections all under 1 roof. The Livery section has 16 12x14ft boxes all with windows, soft track rubber flooring, automatic water feeders. Each stable has its own tack locker installed in a secure alarmed room. Lockers are big enough for 2 saddles, bridles and rugs.
The Rehabilitation and holiday livery side has 6 stables, 5 with no windows and 1 with a window.
We have 45 acres of grazing and turn out all year round either in singles, pairs or small groups, depending on the horses requirements needs. We have night turn out in the summer months and day turnout in the winter. All fields have automatic water feeders, some with electric fencing and some with post and rail. We also have 3 sand pens which when available can be used but rehabilitation horses take priority.
Toad hall has 25×60 rubber sand mix school which doesn’t flood or freeze with flood lights, a 6 horse walker with lights and Lid. Hacking on lanes or the Chailey common network. Lorry Parking and car parking. 2 Hot and cold Washdown bays and 2 dry bays, 1 with heat lamps
We also have an amazing Rehabilitation Centre which has a Water Treadmill, Cold Water Salt Spa and a Salt Room, with use of an ActivoMed rug and Arc Equine all at extra cost
The yard is run by a highly experienced yard manager who has worked in lots of aspects of horses including 5 years as a veterinary assistant, she heads up a team of grooms some apprentices and some experienced.
