Feed room, tack room, rug room, wash down area and trailer parking. 20×40 all-weather floodlit menage with rubber surface. Off road riding track. Lovely hacking a short ride away. Well-maintained paddocks. Horses are turned out overnight in summer and turned out during the day in winter. Targeted worming programme in place. Rug drier and hay steamer available. All horses are required to be vaccinated and strangles tested before arrival. References required. Sorry no children or dogs.

Beautiful yard. Well maintained. Gorgeous views, sunsets and local hacking in Chartridge, Ashridge and Pednor is second to none. Floodlit Manege and we'll lit stable's for winter. Joyce cares for horse's as if they are her own and piece of mind to have her on site for night checks. Both myself and my gelding very happy here.

A beautiful well kept yard, fields are poo picked daily and arena regularly harrowed. Joyce is so kind and helpful and always keeps a close eye on the horses.
