We are a friendly, quiet, yard located in an area of outstanding natural beauty between Ross – on – Wye and Hereford. Our calm, relaxed atmosphere ensures we have happy, healthy horses.

The monarch stables are large and airy with rubber matting. DIY is £35 per week. Hay / haylage, straw and shavings are available to purchase.

There is fabulous hacking off road and on quiet lanes.

Plenty of space for parking trailers and horse boxes. There is an indoor school with lights and a very good surface.

Also home to Melanie Phillips Dressage.

Melanie is a BHSII with many years experience and is an active dressage trainer / competitor. She is available for tuition and regular clinics.

Melanie lives on site and is available to assist with holiday cover, turn out, farrier, vet etc..

Amazing yard & owner, everyone is very friendly. Loved my time there with my two horses. We only moved due to relocation.

I keep two horses at River View. Fantastic facilities and hacking. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. I also train with Mel, she has helped me make huge improvements with my horse. It’s so nice to know Mel can step in and look after/ride my horse when work gets in the way and you can relax knowing your horse is in the best hands and having a fantastic education from Mel. Having an indoor school over the winter has been brilliant. Couldn’t recommend the Livery Yard more!
