A family-run livery yard in the rolling countryside between Barnstaple and South Molton. A small yard, offering personal care, where horses are happy.
With space for around twelve horses, we keep numbers deliberately low so every horse receives genuinely individual attention.
Whether you are looking for full livery with every detail handled, or a flexible part livery arrangement, we tailor the routine to each horse and owner.
Leisure horses, competition horses, youngsters, rehabilitation cases, mares and foals, breeding – we accommodate them all, and we do it by knowing each one well. Every arrangement at Noutaz Stud is built around the individual horse. We discuss your horse’s needs, your own involvement, and agree a plan that works for both. Whether you want everything taken care of or prefer a hands-on partnership, we find the right balance.
Twelve generously sized boxes, each fitted with rubber matting for comfort and reduced bedding costs. Well ventilated with good natural light and wide doorways. Larger boxes are available for mares and foals or horses needing extra space during rehabilitation. The yard is concrete-surfaced with good drainage throughout.
Gently rolling North Devon paddocks with natural hedgerow shelter. Multiple fields allow rotated grazing and thoughtful grouping. Turnout managed individually – some horses thrive on long days out; others need restricted grazing or careful companion choices. We can help you with both.
With a backdrop of the Devon hills our sand school is a genuinely pleasant place to school your horses. Recently completed all-weather outdoor arena with a well-maintained riding surface that holds up through the seasons. Suitable for flatwork, pole work, and light jumping. With the yard’s quiet setting and limited numbers space in the school is not at a premium.
Come and see Noutaz Stud for yourself. We would love to show you around. Visits are by arrangement so we can give you our full attention. Please get in touch to arrange an appointment.
