Excellent security, estate manager lives on site. Beautiful hacking over Hydons ball, and Hascombe, as well as a short hacking track on site. Room for lorry and trailer parking.Full livery offered, including exercising your horse if required as well as training and teaching. All levels of riding experience welcome to join our friendly and very experienced team.

It’s rare to find a yard that combines 5 star facilities with care and attention to detail as well as knowledgeable, staff who put the horses first. I’ve been with a Molly and her mum Jane for over 10 years and my horses have been safe, happy and treated always with great warmth and kindness by everyone they have on their team. I cannot recommend Garden House highly enough and it’s pretty rare places come up! All the liveries are a friendly bunch: there’s always cake which is another plus point !! A really special place to enjoy your horse.
