Located on the outskirts of Guildford, between Shamley Green and Farley Green, Mayor House Farm offers exceptional facilities. The yard is situated in a quiet and tranquil setting nestled in the Surrey Hills, creating the perfect training environment for horse and rider. Mayor House Farm is the home of 5* International event rider Harry Dzenis.

Harry is a UKCC Level 2 coach and his competed at numerous 5* events such as Badminton, Burghley and Luhmühlen. Harry has also represented Great Britain and medalled at Junior, Young Rider and Nations Cup Level. Harry really enjoys mentoring his clients and thrives from seeing them develop in the sport.

We are able to offer a small number of part/full livery spaces. This is the perfect opportunity for someone to base themselves in a professional environment. We are able to offer not only top class facilities, but also access to Harry’s knowledge and experience having, produced horses to the highest level of the sport. We pride ourselves on creating a relaxed and friendly yard environment for both horse and rider whilst still maintaining the highest standard of horse care.

Here at Mayor House Farm we are very lucky to have access to 30 acres of all year round grazing and direct access to miles off off road hacking either on Blackheath or Winterfold. We also have two all weather arenas meaning there is plenty of space to train and exercise your horse. At the yard each horse is treated as an individual and is cared for by our experienced teams of grooms.
