60 x 120ft Outdoor School
Round exercise pen
XC field
24/7 turnout in large paddocks if wanted
Full livery with stables if wanted
Checks at least twice a day
Hard standing areas for winter
Ad-lib hay in winter in fields
Large field shelters in fields if 24/7 turnout
Incredible hacking, tracks and moorland gallops for miles/hours
Large, indoor stables and outdoor stables
Beautiful seating area/viewing gallery, sofa
Toilet and kitchen, tea, coffee and hot chocolate
Secure tack room
Rug hanging racks
Horses can be brought in for farrier/dentist etc. by arrangement
Washing area for horses.
