I have spaces for part & full livery available on our farm,10 mins from chobham common which has fantastic hacking (sand tracks/ hills/ downhill/ ponds/ woodland/ bridle paths/and quite lanes)

– very large 60×40 floodlit school (full course of jumps)
– owner lives on site

Were a family friendly yard, and have a great bunch of liveries here, all riding abilities but no snobbyness we just enjoy our horses. We have a what’s app group that gets updates daily with who’s riding/ sharing the school or even who fancy’s a cuppa. We’ve got a great atmosphere here and your welcomed as part of our broadoak liveries family, cheesy but true 😍 I hold day clinics/ summer camps/ and have a local instructor available for hire
