We’re just 500m from the High Peak Trail with direct access through our fields, so you can hit the bridleways with ease. Ride over open farmland (250 acres in good weather). Stunning routes for all abilities – as riders ourselves we can help you plan your rides and have maps and gpx files to share.
Some excellent circular routes using trails and minor roads, including the favourite pub ride and a full day trek around Carsington Water
Just 8 miles from Chatsworth and 6 miles from Hough Park cross country course
A proper horsey welcome
We’re certified by the British Horse Society’s Horses Welcome scheme, so you know we’re serious about great equine stays. Run by horse-lovers Felicity and Caroline (with help from resident nags Rocco and Oliver), we get what makes a good riding break — because we take them too!
