Hill Farm is located in the quiet village of Burtle near Glastonbury and Bridgwater in Somerset. We have purpose built, high quality equestrian facility with an Indoor Floodlit Arena with dressage mirrors, an Outdoor Arena and lunge pen. We provide a range of services including full and assisted Livery Services, clinics and training on your own horse or pony.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. MY HORSE LOVES THIS PLACE. He didn’t settle in two other yards, but he settled here within weeks. They are not rough with the horses, they control them, which is necessary when you have a strong beast on the end of a rope, jumping about. It’s safety – for the horse and the handler. I have learnt a lot about horsemanship from them and my horse is now a loving, obedient pleasure to deal with. They put the horses first. I don’t know of many yards that would turn out at 7.30pm on a hot day, just to keep the horses out of the heat! They have taught me so much in the months I have been here and I’m a better horse owner for it.The facilities are fantastic, with the water treadmill, walker, indoor and outdoor arenas.Sharon is brilliant with the rehab treadmill, and is so knowledgeable on everything horse. Ashley is an amazing coach/horse trainer and now has me riding my 17.2hh ISH with joy and confidence. Danni is an incredible yard manager, always juggling loads of horses, but keeping in mind their individual needs. They have wonderful staff, that work so hard and are so helpful.My horse and I love it so much that I have had to move closer to the yard, because I can never move my horse from here, I wouldn’t find another gem like it and my horse would never forgive me.
