Welcome to High House Farm Livery

High House Farm Livery is a BHS Approved Centre, and we pride ourselves on providing an organised,  friendly and well-run yard where the welfare, care and happinesss of your horse are always our top priority.

Set in 60 acres of peaceful farmland in the rural village of Cranworth High Common, we are ideally situated in the heart of Norfolk’s beautiful countryside, with easy access to Dereham, Watton & Hingham. 

We offer a range of livery options to suit both horses and owners, with excellent facilities and a relaxed welcoming atmosphere.

For those travelling to Norfolk, we also have a choice of three beautifully converted barns, available for you to stay in either with or without your horse. Whether you are visiting for work, a short break, a riding holiday or simply looking for somewhere peaceful to stay, our accommodation provides a comfortable base in the Norfolk countryside.

Stabling & Yard Facilities

We currently have;

Twelve light and airy 12ft x 12ft wooden stables.

Eight Loddon boxes.

All stables are fitted with hay mangers and automatic drinkers.

A large secure tackroom.

Hot shower and clipping bay.

Kitchen, Toilet and Shower facilities.

CCTV and owner living on site. 

We use the Liverylive app. 

Turnout

We have 45 acres of well maintained paddocks, securely fenced with mains electric fencing and automatic water drinkers.

We offer individual turnout (shared turnout also available subject to availability).

We have separate Summer and Winter fields each one acre in size, allowing us to manage turnout carefully throughout the year and provide the best possible conditions for your horse.
