We are a friendly professional yard offering Assisted DIY, Part or Full livery. An exercise, clipping, bathing, plaiting service is also offered on site. We have 12 wooden 12ft x 12ft stables and 8 american barn stabling all with automatic water drinkers and hay mangers. We have 40 acres of secure mains electrified grazing divided into individual 1 acre paddocks all with automatic water troughs. Owner lives on site with 24/7 supervision and CCTV coverage for piece of mind. Assisted DIY includes hay or haylage, straw and basic hard feed along with Mon-Fri am turnout as standard. Floodlit all weather 20×40 menage, horse walker, round pen, grass jumping field (summer only), hot horse shower, toilet and showers, large secure tackroom, separate feed room and plenty of storage. Set in the heart of the Norfolk’s countryside with miles of quiet off road hacking.
