Lovely yard where each horse is treated as an individual and enabled to relax and be the best they can be. Helen has a real knack of listening to the horses in her care and will regularly suggest small changes to improve their wellbeing, whether that is a change of field companion or a simple switch-around of their stable layout. It’s also great having a talented trainer on site. Helen is always willing to provide help – whether as a quick 10 minute session or sustained coaching. She improves horses’ way of going and helps to unlock their talent, both as a coach and also as a rider if you need an extra pair of hands when life is busy. If you are looking for a chilled yard, with lovely people and where you and your horses can thrive, then I would definitely recommend coming here.

A real stamp of what a livery yard should be. Helen truly goes above and beyond for each horse and owner to ensure they are welcomed, supported and provided for on an individual level. I’ve had my pony with HT for months and never once felt as an outsider or othered, on the contrary i have never felt more supported and Spud (and myself!) has come on leaps and bounds since being on the yard in both ridden and ground-manners. Her coaching is a massive bonus to anyone wanting professional assistance in any aspect big or small. Helen sparked and showed potential in myself and spud that my previous yard buried.The yard itself is a lovely open space with fab hacking. So much to see and do both on-site and in the surrounding areas. Forage and straw is super consistent quality. Turnout and grass availability is a super benefit, as those wanting turnout with less grass for the lami/weight-gain prone are accommodated for just as much as those wanting plenty of grass.

H T Dressage is the perfect livery yard to keep our pony. Helen is attentive and very sensitive to individual pony/ horse needs and requirements. She genuinely cares about them all and gives them lots of attention and is observant to any changes. Helen is also very friendly and approachable. The yard has great facilities, and it’s so refreshing that our pony is turned out all year round. The farm is in a beautiful location, so there’s great hacking and it feels very safe as the farm is onsite, and there’s always someone around. We’ve been here for eighteen months, and it’s the best livery yard we’ve used, so we’ll be staying!

I’ve had my pony at HT livery yard for breaking livery for a month and a half now and I can’t recommend her enough she has been so patient with him and got him to be the loveliest pony ever and has helped me out massively , her yard is always tidy and professional . will 100% be coming back for further education , thank you

Fantastic yard, in a beautiful setting with great facilities and the care is second to none. Helen takes care of all the horses as if they were her own. The hacking is also lovely quiet lanes and bridleways. I cannot recommend this yard highly enough
