Redhill Road, Cobham, KT11, 5 mins from A3/M25. A spaces will be available at small private (gelding only) DIY/ assisted DIY yard from 1st of May. We have a freelance groom that works afternoons (Mon-Fri) & can now also offer turn out assistance (Mon- Fri) as this seems to be something people need.Large stables with rubber matting. 20 x 40 all weather school with jumps. Private direct access to hacking (no road work required).All year, individual or group turnout – plenty of good grazing/ managed well.Gated access & property owner on site.  Secure tack room with ample storage.Tea room, seating area & toilet.  Lorry or trailer parking available.Lovely friendly yard!Please message for more details.

Small, private, friendly yard. I have been here over 10 years and the setup works perfectly for me and my boy. Fields are split into summer and winter with well managed grazing and maintenance. Stables are large and rubber matted. Hacking is straight onto Wisley Common, no road work required.We love it here!

One of the most beautiful locations you could wish for, with excellent facilities and grazing, plus lovely, kind people. I love it and feel privileged to be there. Hacking straight out without road work into beautiful woodland is amazing.
