Livery at Elms… More than Just Good Facilities. We are a Livery Yard, Competition Venue and Riding School.

Elms Farm offers a variety of livery packages from part livery to full competition livery. There are a variety of packages to suit all your livery requirements. Please note that we no longer are able to offer DIY livery. We offer competitive rates, with full use of all of our fantastic facilities.

All of our livery packages have a good sized stable, individual or group turnout, full use of our facilities and discounted rates on clinics, lessons and competitions.

With indoor and outdoor schools, cross country course, hot wash rooms, solariums and miles of off-road hacking, Elms Farm can offer a 5* livery service alongside some of the best facilities in the area!

We offer fantastic facilities including our 70m x 50m main international arena, with Sportrack synthetic surface’s fibre sand and wax mix. a 25m x 65m mixed surface dressage arena, and a 20m x 40m mixed surface indoor arena. Elms Farm also has a further floodlit 40×40 arena, cross country course and miles of off road hacking.

There is also an extensive amount of non ridden facilities such a hot wash box, Drimee Solarium, toilets and kitchen, as well as 60 acres of grazing ​​Elms has an extensive team of qualified and experienced members of staff, including Yard manager Tisha who has been with Elms from the start, nothing is ever too much hassle, and a friendly, devoted team of staff is what is strived for.

Elms Farm Equestrian Centre is situated in-between Grantham, Newark and Sleaford and has fantastic road links to the A1.

All of our arenas are available to hire with discounted rates for regular users, multiple horses/hours and clinics. This venue is also available to hire for competitions.

Through Elms Farm Riding Academy, we offer tuition from a variety of fully qualified and experienced coaches on a range of horses and ponies to suit all kinds of riders, including pony days, parties and competitions.
