We are an accessible, community-led social enterprise based on the South East Scottish coastline operating from a 24-acre off-grid farm. We support people on their journey to wellness and empowerment through therapeutic, educational and community initiatives.
We offer a range of equine services such as ridden tuition, experience days, events and clinics, professional training pathways, arena hire, livery, clipping, horse training, backing, and rehabilitation services.
For the horse owner, we can offer bespoke livery packages, including holiday, DIY, part, full and working, and have the choice of full grass or part stabling.
Livery also includes behavioural training, rehab, starting the young horse, schooling or sales livery; as we appreciate that the time and space needed for these activities is a luxury that not all of us can have and we look forward to working with your four-legged friends.
We invest in children and young people so they can improve their physical and mental health through connection to their community whilst developing strong coping strategies, equipping them to live fulfilled lives with stronger relationships.
Our custom built off grid site invites the community to experience our outdoor learning, educational and development activities, and equine experiences whilst reducing the impact on the environment by working towards achieving a carbon net-zero facility.
ESR operates in 2 markets: one for our services providing therapeutic, educational and community activities, the other providing a commercial sport, learning and development packages, training and team building activities, as well as a venue for hire.
Eat Sleep Ride is the only organisation within a 50-mile radius to offer such an extensive range of social and professional development services.
