Private Secure Land and Stable For Rent – Suitable for DIY Pony Grazing (maximum of 2 Ponies )

We own four fenced fields with a large stable, feed room and exercise field suitable for two hardy, semi retired or retired ponies (about 5 acres).

We have fresh water (two fixed taps) 3 water buts, electric points and solar lighting.  The land is high and flat and on sandy soil so doesn’t get too muddy but there is plenty of land for grazing rotation.

We are looking for a quiet, responsible and conscientious tenant who will look after their ponies and the fields (ie poo pick).  We have a shared entrance and driveway so there would be a maximum of two visits per day and a maximum of two owners.

£150 per pony per month and grazing agreement only
