Private Secure Land and Stable For DIY Rent    

We own four post and rail fenced grazing fields, a large stable, feed room, exercise field and large area of hard standing (about 5 acres).  We have fresh water (two fixed taps) 3 water buts, electric points and solar lighting.  The land is high and flat and on sandy soil so doesn’t get too muddy but there is plenty of land for grazing rotation.

We are looking for quiet, responsible and conscientious tenants who will look after their ponies every day and maintain the fields themselves (ie regularly flailing the manure).  We have a shared entrance and driveway so there would be a maximum of two visits per day and a maximum of two owners coming and going.

There is a suitable flat field for exercising that used to be a sand school and a large hard standing area for trailers, cars or parking.  We have a stable with lighting and water and a feed room on site.   

These grazing fields would suit two or three hardy small ponies such as Shetlands or New Forests and is a beautiful safe and secure environment for riding and lessons.  The land also might suit two or three injured or recovering horses.

£150 per pony per month with grazing agreement
