David Britnell Eventing is home of 5* International Event Rider & Accredited Professional Coach David Britnell & his partner Fleur Manyweathers. At David Britnell Eventing we cater for all horses/owners needs with tailored packages with our highly knowledgeable team, super facilities and 5* care. David is not only a successful rider producing young horses from their first stages all the way to 5* Eventing level but also a coach of all riding abilities from children starting their riding careers to experienced competitors needing fine tuning.

Offering excellent facilities with 50acres of all year individual turnout, large and airy 14×14 rubber matted stables with automatic drinkers, hot wash, solarium, Claydon 5 horse walker, a 60×25 arena with a range of jumping equipment, mirrors & flood lights, a 20×40 dressage arena with flood lights, 2 x cross country fields inc water complex, grass dressage arena, grass canter track, extensive off road hacking, free lorry/trailer parking, rug drying room, heated tea room, very secure tack room with alarm and full CCTV system throughout.

Great location being 5 minutes from the A14 and very central to training & competition venues.

Regular clinics & facility hire are also available.

Owners and grooms live on site 24hr supervision

Regular visits from Farrier, Dentist, Physio, Chiropractor, Saddle Fitter & Bitting Specialist

I would have my horses no where else; the knowledge, time and care that is taken with each of them is second to none. David, Fleur & staff truly look after them like their own. With wonderful facilities in a beautiful setting, it’s a pleasure to be at the yard and know my horses are beyond happy here, in both training and this being their home

The yard offers everything you could wish for, the support as a training livery is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble, the staf are equally accommodating and professional. Overall a very good setup.

An excellent livery yard with a very supportive and knowledgeable team. Very flexible to suit individual needs and I know my horses receive the very best care with David, Fleur and the girls. Bespoke, individual service where nothing is too much.

We are non-equestrian parents of a young rider whose horse is liveried at David Britnell Eventing. We have never been to or seen a more perfect, warm, professional, caring, clean and well run yard. The location is simply gorgeous - clear views and dramatic sunsets make the setting very special. Nothing is too much for Fleur and David and their remarkably knowledgable team of grooms. They support our daughter with her riding and love our horse as much as we did. Every horse is treated as if it were their own prize competition horse. Communication with owners is second to none. The fields and arenas are well maintained and the hacking is seemingly unlimited! On site training with David in all three disciplines is also a huge benefit. David is an insightful and encouraging mentor and instructor whose wealth of experience and kind heart make each lesson a valuable learning experience. I cannot imagine a more complete and happy environment for a horse and rider than David and Fleur's yard.

A lovely yard run by a fantastic team of people! Everyone is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and has the horse's best interest at heart. Facilities are great, clean, organised and the yard itself is well managed. Happy horses and happy people!

I would highly recommend this yard. Lovely spacious stables,excellent fenced and well maintained grazing. Fleur,David and their amazing team of grooms take fantastic care of your horse. Our horse wanted for nothing was extremely happy,fit and healthy during her time in their care. David is very supportive excellent teacher and you have the use of 2 super schools as well as gallop and xc fences. Hacking is superb on fields and private roads. Plenty of storage,secure tack room, ample wash bays and solarium.

If I could give 10 star’s or more I would, this yard is amazing, you would never have to worry about your horse whilst in the care of Fleur,David and their amazing team of grooms,would highly recommend if you are looking for livery for your horse.

This yard is a hidden gem, no need to venture onto the roads, great hacking on private roads and fields 2 lovely schools and more importantly lots of support from David, excellent facilities combined with a very friendly atmosphere - in fact nothing NOT to like for the discerning horse owner.

David and Fleur run such an amazing yard, and are just so knowledgeable and caring about the horses. With lovely spacious stables, lovely well-drained and maintained grazing, a team of very professional and friendly staff and fantastic riding/training facilities (not least of all David’s teaching!), I cannot imagine any horse, owner or rider would want for anything. Our horse was just so fit, well schooled, healthy and happy for his time with them.
