Premium Livery

A calm, low intervention turnout environment perfect for horses taking a break, growing or decompressing between competing.

• 24/7 turnout in post & rail green sand fields, suitable for herd turnout
• Rug changes and daily welfare checks
• Forage provided when required
• Basic owner updates

Specialist, structured rehabilitation & performance conditioning supported by professional coordination. This service combines controlled exercise programmes with integrated support from vets, physios & farriers.

Facilities

Cortium EQ offers a modern, professionally presented equestrian facility supporting a high standard of horse care and an enriching owner experience.

• The Clubhouse

Situated between the two grass arenas, The Clubhouse offers a lounge area with Sky TV, workspaces, WIFI, toilets, changing facilities, a shower and a sauna.

• Stabling & yard

Designed for a high standard of daily management, our yard offers a range of external & internal stabling, a brand new Monarch Horse Walker, a brand new fully sealed wash bay as well as a new solarium bay. Each stable block has it’s own wash down area and dedicated storage.

• Turnout & grazing

A variety of turnout to suit differing needs and care levels. We offer large, well-managed grazing paddocks for daily turnout on green sand soil. Turnout pens are also available in a selection of our services. We have hard standing/ wood chip paths across the whole estate, meaning your horse won’t have to be wade through mud during the winter when coming and going from the field.

• Training & exercise facilities

We offer a broad range of training options, including a 80m x 45m Equimulsion Ménage, two laser-level fully irrigated grass arenas, surfaced all weather exercise track as well as un-interrupted hacking across the estate and up to the Blackdown National Park.

• Digital management

We use an advanced equine management platform originally developed for some of the worlds leading racehorses. As the first sports-horse livery environment to integrate this technology, we are adapting the system to create a seamless, bespoke experience for our owners. The Equine MediRecord platform securely logs medical histories, treatments and medication usage – all accessible from your devices. This ensures we maintain the highest standards of care, transparency and regulatory compliance, whilst keeping communication between grooms, owners and the wider veterinary and therapy team.
