Professionally run 20 stable Livery yard in the beautiful Detling Hills, offering:

Friendly, atmosphere, with plenty of onside support. Experienced staff at your service. Bespoke packages available on request.

I pride myself on running a professional, clean and tidy yard, with a friendly, supportive atmosphere no matter what level you’re currently riding at or what your riding desires are.

Second to none yard. Have to admit we left for a time due to personal circumstances (nothing to do with the yard) but had to get back as the support and expertise is unbelievable. We currently have a 4 year old in co-training with Emma and my 13 year old daughter. He’s a different horse than what arrived. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Have had my horse at Chesnut wood for 4months now and can say the yard is run well and Emma and her team are welcoming to everyone and care for my horse like it was there own, yard is kept clean and facilities are great with a large arena and hacking on road or off road, I am so glad we chose Chesnut wood as the home for my horse Thank you Emma and your team x

Highly recommended as Emma and staff are really taking good care of horses , I can say this by transformation of my horse got it from how he was before , I love this place , good stables, nice and big arena , good location and friendly and very welcoming staff and other people , I am having lessons with Emma and I have come so far from what I started . My horse is very happy and loving his new place as it is perfect for my horse and for me as well .

Fantastic yard! Everyone is so friendly and supportive and inclusive to everyone.Staff are always happy to help and flexible when I have last minute work commitments. I wouldn’t go anywhere else !!
