Checkendon Equestrian Centre is a BHS approved livery yard set in 70 acres of breath taking parkland and woodland, located in south Oxfordshire.

We offer full livery which includes daily care of your horse by our experienced and qualified team, all year turnout, large airy stables and access to all our facilities.

Our facilities include:

5 arenas, 3 outdoors(60mx24m, 20mx40m, 25mx32m) and 2 indoor (20mx46m, 20x36m)

6 horse horse walker

2 XC fields which we open up in the summer when the weather allows, however Chiltern XC is right on our doorstep offering amazing XC facilities.

Private woodland tracks for off road hacking as well as access to a number of local bridleways for extensive hacking.

Monthly dressage and show jumping competitions run onsite.

We also run a small riding school, so have a number of qualified instructors based with us to offer lessons and schooling. You are also more than welcome to bring in your own instructors too!
