Catterick Saddle Club is a livery yard and riding school which falls under the Armed Forces Equine Charity.

Situated in Catterick Garrison North Yorkshire we provide facilities to both the MOD and Civilian communities surrounding us.

Our riding school utilises 16 carefully chosen horses, providing something suitable for all abilities starting from age 3+. We aim to provide exceptional service, coaching and facilities to enable rider enjoyment, progression and an appreciation of horses.

Our facilities include an indoor arena (55m x 40m), fully-lit outdoor arena (20m x 40m), full set of Show jumps, working hunter course, 24 stables and 8 stalls.

We offer group lessons as well as private/ semi private lessons. Lessons start at 5yrs and pony rides from 3yrs+. Our popular holiday activities such as ‘Own-a-Pony’ days, gymkhana’s, hacks out, pony pamper sessions are all extremely popular. We also run more bespoke pole / jumping / flat work clinics. All lessons and activities can be booked online.

We hold monthly unaffiliated competitions for riding school customers enabling the grassroot riders to become involved, these are also open to the wider public for those with their own horse.
