Bank Farm Stables in Tudeley is a popular and thriving professionally run equestrian centre providing full livery services.

Set in the Weald of Kent, between Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells, and centred on the village of Tudeley, the yard is based upon the Hadlow Estate, a family owned and managed rural business.

Bank Farm is a tranquil, peaceful livery yard where people can spend time with their horse or pony no matter what they choose to do, be it grooming and companionship, happy hacking or competing.

The yard offers stabling for up to 50 horses. Our liveries are a variety of retired horses, happy hackers, and competition horses that compete in affiliated dressage, eventing and show jumping.

Our riding facilities include indoor and outdoor arenas with training mirrors and viewing gallery, full set of Jump 4 Joy show jumps.

The yard is indoor American barn stables or outdoors in a courtyard setting. All stables have rubber matting. The yard also has a farriers bay, heated recreation room and secure, fully alarmed tack room.

There are 50 plus acres of all year turnout either individually or in pairs. You don’t need line more than 10 miles of TROT rides nearby, private off road hacking around the farm headlands, and close to quiet lanes.

The yard manager Jeanette Gibb BHS AI lives on site. The whole yard is covered by CCTV and light late night checks are carried out.

We are close to the A21, allowing easy travel to a wide range of competition venues

Our indoor school is available for hire for external users. We also offer private or small group lessons with Jeanette- please get in touch for availability and prices-

Having kept horses at a variety of livery yards over the past 30 years, I can honestly say that Bank Farm Stables is the best yard I have experienced. My horse and I have been based here for the last nine years, and we couldn’t be happier.Although it is a large yard, it is thoughtfully laid out across four barns, so it never feels overcrowded or busy. The level of care provided by the yard manager, Jeanette, is exceptional. Regular late-night checks are carried out, and CCTV in the barns provides added reassurance that horses can be monitored if they are unwell. Jeanette’s dedication is second to none—she has even stayed up throughout the night, checking on a horse every hour when it was showing signs of colic.The facilities are excellent, with fantastic off-road hacking and three arenas to choose from, including an indoor school, which is invaluable during poor weather.Bank Farm Stables combines outstanding horse care, excellent facilities, and a friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a first-class livery yard.

After selling my house and 12 box stable yard, I thought I would never find a livery yard that would offer my horses the same level of care they received at home – how wrong I was! The outstanding facilities at Bank Farm are what initially attracted me, but Jeanette and her team are the icing on the cake. My three horses receive care that is not only expert but also compassionate. I have been a livery for over 11 years now, and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

Jeanette and her team run a very happy yard where the horses’ needs come first. She runs a very happy place for horses and people and is an excellent teacher.
