Bank Farm Livery

Bank Farm Livery is a small friendly yard offering DIY, Part or Full Livery set in 150 acres of picturesque countryside close to Mow Cop.

The yard offers a friendly atmosphere and provides a happy and secure environment for you and your horse.

We have 35 Monarch stables which are mostly 12′ x 12′ housed across 3 barns. Some of our stables have the added benefit of a back/side window with a door, this allows the horse to look out onto the yard. The stables have good ventilation providing a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Each stable comes with its own automatic drinker and each barn has access to a feed and tack room.

We have year-round turnout on well-managed paddocks, paddocks are divided by a combination of well maintained electric fencing and post & rail, providing a secure grazing area. Mares and geldings are separate and most fields contain automatic water troughs.

For riding and exercise, there is a 60m x 30m all-weather outdoor arena with show jumps, horse walker, a separate lunging arena and a summer jumping paddock.

There is 4 miles of enjoyable riding on our farm ride which is set in 150 acres, with fantastic views. It provides safe riding for all with no need to go out onto the roads.

We have access to some excellent hacking around Mow Cop, Harrishead and for those who like to venture that bit further then you can access Smallwood, and Biddulph old train lines.

The yard also offers a grooming/ wash bay with hot horse shower, solarium, CCTV, kitchen area, lorry/ trailer parking and a WC.
