Advantage Dressage

Advantage Dressage is a small dressage/competition horse yard offering first class care in a friendly but professional environment. Based near Elstead in the beautiful Surrey Hills we are 5mins from the A3 and close to all major southern road networks. We offer Full, Training, or Competition Livery and are able to tailor packages to an individual Owner’s needs. We pride ourselves on treating each horse as an individual and provide them with a relaxed and happy environment to train and live. We have light and airy boxes with rubber matting and automatic drinkers, a 20×60 All weather well draining arena with floodlights and training mirrors, year round individual turnout, Secure alarmed tack room and Day room with kitchen and WiFi, washbox with hot shower and heat lamps, and direct access to an excellent network of extensive hacking. Based at the yard is Melissa Smith who has ridden internationally at Grand Prix and is an experienced coach to riders who have won Regional & National titles, and Para European medals. Gareth Bulley rides the young horses and has extensive experience starting and bringing them on in a kind and confidence giving manner. He is currently training Prix st George and is a Novice National Champion.
