Yard Details

A family run riding school and livery yard established in 1993. We are based in Conwy, North Wales, close to Llandudno and the Conwy Valley.

Our instructors are BHS qualified, and we have been nominated by our BHS area inspector for outstanding performance. We are an ABRS+ Approved Riding Centre and Livery Yard.

Our facilities include 16 modern stables, all on one yard in a horse friendly setting, a 40m x 20m indoor arena with viewing area, full set of jumps and poles, and mirror, and a 40m x 20m outdoor arena. Turn out is available all year round from 07:30 till 18:00, with some daily restrictions depending on the weather.

The livery yard is built and designed around the old “Wern Bach” farm. All horses have out looking stables and are always able to see some friends! Full or “Do It Yourself” DIY livery available. Interchangeable daily to suit the needs of the horse and owner.

Local hacking is on quiet country roads with some off road sections enabling you to enjoy the countryside and beautiful views of the Conwy valley.

Riding lessons are available 5 days a week – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. We teach from 7 years old to senior citizen’s. We are open from 10.00am in the morning to 6.30pm in the evening.

Riders are welcome to have lessons on their own horses. Training is also available for BHS exams and certificates.
