In this Webinar, open to members and non members of the association, they will talk about the various organisational structures that can be legally adopted by Riding Establishments. These may also be useful to the owners of any type of equestrian establishment who may be looking at changing or diversifying what they offer.
Having the right structure can have a huge impact on the sustainability of the business by providing the most appropriate access to the right customers, allowing access to the right sources of funding and ensuring access to the right tax benefits.
Both private benefit and social benefit organisations (including Community Interest Companies) will be in the spotlight.
