Are You Heading to the National Equine Show 2025?

The National Equine Show has something for everyone, no matter your interests or experience, with everything from informative talks and equestrian personalities, to interactive activities and incredible shopping.

This year’s National Equine Show is even bigger and better than before. Running at the NEC in Birmingham over the weekend of 1st and 2nd March, it’s a great way to get geared up for a spring and summer packed with horsey fun!

There’s plenty to see and do. Head to the experience zones to take part in all kinds of interactive activities, many of which can be enjoyed by horsey and non-horsey people alike. You can even try something a bit different thanks to the use of latest technology, including virtual reality headsets. For some practical advice, you can visit the 360 Skills Stage featuring educational sessions with industry specialists on a wide variety of topics that will cover the latest information on effective horse care and management. There’s also the opportunity to hear talks by some equestrian legends such as Mary King and Carl Hester, and the opportunity to meet well known personalities as well. Plus one of our favourites, the fall demos of Freddy Steele promoting safe riding practices in entertaining formats!

For the yard owners of us, there are also plenty of our favourite brands and business there to help advise you on their products and services to support your yard management. From worming advice from Westgate Labs, to an insurance overview with SEIB Insurance Brokers, top biosecurity tips from AG+ to safety advice from BETA. Plus the team from LiveryList will be there too as part of the Equestrian Index Yard Supplement Pavillion to chat and network with yard owners.

Then, of course, there’s the shopping. Hundreds of the leading equestrian brands, covering all aspects of the industry, have stands at the show, so you’ll be able to purchase from old favourites while discovering some new and exciting names, too.

Standard tickets cost £15 per day or £20 for the weekend, with children under 16 free. Meet and Greet guaranteed access tickets, which include shorter queues for meet-and-greets, and four guaranteed sessions each day, as well as show access, are £40.
