15 acres of old well rested pasture (max 6 horses), fields properly managed, rotated and rested. Fully hedge/tree lined providing great natural shelter.

livery also includes:

Minimum twice daily checks (yard manager lives adjacent to the yard)

Attending to for farrier, dentist*, vet* etc

Regular farrier trims

Worming programme

Supplementary hay and basic short* feed through winter

Rug checks/changes if required

Stabling available when required (emergency use should horse need to be in for a short period of time)

*specialist feeds/supplements, stabling, veterinary and dentistry fees are additional and at the horse owners cost.

Geldings preferred
