A very rare opportunity to keep your horse in the beautiful Surrey Hills. River Oaks is a small family run yard that was purchased 3 years ago and continued to run as a DIY yard. We are now pleased to be able to offer Assisted DIY/Part & Full Livery spaces.

We believe that horses should be offered as much turn out as possible so we have 4 Assisted DIY/Part Livery spaces which all offer individual 24hr turn out with access to either a field shelter or stable within their paddock. Care levels and packages can be discussed.

We also have the availability for 2 x Full 5 day Liveries (assistant can be offered on the extra 2 days if required). With light airy stables, the option for day or night time turn out in individual paddocks is your choice. Turn out is offered all year round.

We have the use of 4 well maintained schools on the yard next door with ample jumps to use. They often hold pole clinics/low level dressage shows which we always love to take part in.

The excellent hacking is one of our main attractions. Just a short 15 minute road walk away is miles of sandy tracks, there is the option of several different commons all with tracks suitable for all year round hacking.

We are looking for liveries that are friendly, fun, respectful and like to just enjoy their horses without the all too common ‘yard drama’. Owners live onsite.
