Manor Farm Livery is a small privately owed yard consisting of 27 stables set in 150 acres of east Northamptonshire countryside offering a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with high quality facilities and attentive care.
Facilities
Our stabling includes Scott’s and Monarch boxes, all fitted with rubber matting and automatic drinkers to ensure comfort and ease of management. The yard is fully covered by CCTV, with alarmed, heated tack rooms, as well as dedicated rug rooms and organised feed storage areas. We are currently offering 5 day full livery Monday to Friday.
Turnout
We provide 365-day turnout with both summer and winter paddocks, all equipped with self-filling water troughs. Turnout options are flexible, including small groups, pairs, or individual arrangements to suit each horse. This combined with our structured routine means the horses really do settle well.
Arenas & Training
Riders benefit from excellent facilities, including a floodlit 60m x 20m dressage arena and a 60m x 30m wax arena complete with a full course of show jumps. A separate lunge pen with wax surface is also available for lunging or loose schooling.
Hacking
The yard offers fantastic off-road hacking, with access to a 6m-wide grass track around 150 acres at Manor Farm. A private wooded track leads to quiet lanes and a well-connected network of local bridleways.
