This year, the British Equestrian Federation has partnered with the British Grooms Association and Equestrian Employers to launch the Equestrian Workplace Behaviours Survey—a crucial step toward understanding and improving the culture of our workplaces.
The equestrian industry is built on passion, dedication, and hard work. But to keep moving forward, it’s essential that every voice is heard. The survey invites people from all roles, levels, and disciplines to share their experiences—good or bad—to help shape a safer, more respectful environment for everyone.
