Offering new large stables with great lighting, all year turnout on grass with new stone walkway to fields and at gateways. All fields have automatic water drinkers too.

All weather floodlit outdoor arena, as well as a brand new Andrew Bowens floodlit indoor arena. Arena mirrors to be installed to both arenas shortly, plus set of Polyjump showjumps available to use.

Stable yard offers washbay with overhead boom, large tackrooms, and trailer or box parking.

Miles of off and on road hacking.

Both packages include hay, and one bale of shavings per week. Hard feed is also inclusive in full livery package.

Worm count taken every 3 months, and poo picking included in full livery package.

Yard fully covered with CCTV, and the owners live on site.
