Crabbick Farm Livery Yard is a friendly yard with owners living on site, offering part (5/7) livery from £515pcm and full livery from £570pcm.

Crabbick is a working farm situated on a quiet lane near Denmead, close to some beautiful hacking.

The stables are light, airy, good sized American barn style stables with automatic waterers.

The farm extends to over 70 acres with secure post and rail fencing, herd turn out is available in mares and gelding fields and paddocks are rested on a rotational basis. We do not offer individual turnout. Field riding if offered in the summer months (subject to the English weather playing nice!)

We have 3 arenas available for livery use, all with silica sand and rubber crumb surfaces. There is an outdoor all-weather floodlit schooling arena (approx 25x25m) and a 20x40m all-weather arena. Both of these schooling areas are for the exclusive use of liveries and included in your livery fee. There is a 25x45m indoor school available on site for a discounted rate to liveries. Other facilities we have on site include a Claydon horse walker, hot wash and solarium. We regularly host a variety of clinics in the indoor arena, covering everything from horse agility to showjumping.

Access is through secure electric gates, and the yard is spacious and well lit. There is a toilet and tea room on site and barn space is allocated for storage of tack, feed and equipment. Trailer or lorry parking is also available for a nominal fee.
