Located on a large arable farm, with plenty of off-road hacking and quiet local lanes.

Convenient for many show centres, Hickstead, Hascombe, Pyecombe Brendon Stud etc.

All year turnout in small groups in recently fenced paddocks with automatic water troughs.

Sand school with full set of jumps and mirrors.

Indoor stables with automatic water troughs, tack rooms and parking for horseboxes/trailers.

Owners on site with late night checks.

Albeit a short stay due to personal circumstances Tamsin, Lisa, Clare and team couldn’t have been more helpful, caring and accommodating for me and my pony 5 star treatment for us both, lovely fun people, lovely facilities nothing too much trouble . Would highly recommend

I am a currently livery on this yard and the facilities are amazing.The school is great and not used often so lots of chances to ride in there solo – there are also loads of jumps, fillers, trotting poles and even some barrels!The hacking is SOOO GOOD! You can ride round private fields and lots of spots to canter & have fun! You can also go through the woods and go round henfield common / the downs / beyond!The barns are really nice – airy, safe and tidy! The owners live on site and are extremely knowledgeable and kind!Highly recommend if you want to ride a lot and enjoy your horse/pony at a great location with great facilities and care!

Couldn't ask for better care for my horse. Facilities are well maintained and constantly being improved. Nothing is ever too much hassle.
