Every aspect of livery is covered and available upon request, and with competent qualified staff we are able to cater for specific and individual needs.
On site tuition and fortnightly dressage clinic with top dressage riders.
We have a really good team to run the yard, making sure all the horses stay in tip top condition enabling them to work happily at the top of their ability.
Most of our liveries have a competitive interest and we are always on hand with assistance and advice to help them achieve their goals.
For the less competitive there is all weather hacking a short ride away and extensive hacking for those who like an adventure.

Karen has a deep knowledge and aptitude to horse care, and her opinion can honestly be trusted. Karen and her team can also train and exercise your horse well and understand what it needs to remain fit and healthy. Karen is also great at rehabilitation and understanding injuries. The facilities on the property are fantastic – there is an outdoor and indoor arena plus hacking on Bookham common. Turnout is well organised and horses are turned out in pairs or threes with their "friends". I can highly recommend keeping your horse with Karen and her team at Lodge Liveries!
