We are a small family run livery yard within our working farm near Longwitton, Morpeth.

We have large indoor stables all with rubber matting and automatic water drinkers. Individual or small group turnout to suit the horse.

Wash box with hot shower and solarium added winter 2020. We have a fully insulated and heated backroom and kitchen with separate rug storage.

New 25mx45m sand and fibre floodlit arena with a full set of show jumps and also dressage boards. Use of jumping/ schooling field also available.

We are in the middle of Morpeth Hunt country and also close to other neighbouring hunts and close to miles of off-road riding.

We are 10mins from the A1 and other major roads and we have many competition centres close by.

Full CCTV system and the owner lives on site.
